  • Do you have a cancellation policy?

    Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will not be refunded for their paid tutoring session regardless of the reason for cancellation. The reasoning behind this policy is because anytime a student cancels without giving enough notice they prevent another student from being tutored. If you cancel with more than 24 hours of notice, you will receive a refund.

  • Do you have a late/no-show policy?

    If you are more than 15 minutes late to your Zoom session and you do not contact me that you will be late to your session, it will be considered a no-show and you will not be refunded for the paid tutoring session regardless of the reason. However, if you let me know prior to the start of the session that you will be running late, I will wait for you and tutor you for the remainder of the session.

  • Do you have a rescheduling policy?

    If you reschedule the session with less than 4 hours notice of your scheduled tutoring session, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the cost of your tutoring session. In the event of illness or family emergency, please contact me ASAP.

  • Do you have a free session cancellation/rescheduling policy?

    Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will not be able to sign-up for a free session for the following month. In the event of illness or family emergency, please contact me ASAP.
